If you click on a song in your own Spotify playlist (student environment), or try to play a song from your student’s playlist via the teacher module, you will only hear a sample of the song of approximately 29 to 30 seconds.
This is because you are no longer logged in to your web browser in Spotify. This may be because you have a new pc / mac, have started using a different web browser or you have reset the settings of your browser. The solution is very simple.
Start Spotify (https://www.spotify.com) in the same browser as where you open Musicdott (preference for Google Chrome).
Log in with your Spotify account.
Refresh the Musicdott page
Voila, your playlist will play full songs again.
